Francis Piché founded Resilience Element© after years spent studying one question:

Why do some founders continue expanding while others quietly become constrained by the very success they created?

His perspective is shaped by more than two decades in enterprise sales and leadership, years of research into resilience, psychology, communication, neuroscience, and human performance, and countless conversations with founders navigating the unique demands of growth.

Along the way, Francis has learned that the greatest constraint facing successful founders is rarely strategy.

It is capacity.
